International Land Developers (ILD) was founded in 2006 by Mr. Alimuddin Rafi Ahmed, a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of land aggregation experience in Delhi NCR. His extensive expertise in identifying strategic locations, negotiations, and technical clearances has been instrumental in our success.
We have successfully developed a state-of-the-art 200-acre industrial township, the first of its kind in the region. Today, ILD has established a strong presence across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, and retail developments throughout Delhi NCR.
